Coconut milk is a white thick, creamy fluid extracted from coconut. This is made from the fleshy part inside the coconut shell. This is a common ingredient in food items in Southeast part of Asia.

It is rich in several vitamins like vitamin C, B1, B3, B5, E and other minerals like calcium, iron, phosphorous and magnesium.
